Union drive at Wal-Mart comes to nothing / Colorado lube shop workers reject bid 17-1 after firm's concerted effort to squelch it

Union drive at Wal-Mart comes to nothing / Colorado lube shop workers reject bid 17-1 after firm's concerted effort to squelch it: "Cody Fields, who earns $8.10 per hour after two years at the garage, said he originally backed the union 'because we need a change' but said the antiunion videos were effective. 'It's just a bunch of brainwashing, but it kind of worked,' he said."

Perplex City Launches

Perplex City

Well, it looks like the game is finally afoot.
Last week people who signed up to play Project Syzyzgy last year were finally notified of its launch by email. The email linked to a video telling us to watch various newspapers around the world on specific dates.

So far, a small handful of the dates have passed, and advertisements have been found in those papers on those days pointing readers to this website and asking them to help locate "the cube."

This game should be big. It will be on par with The Beast, the promotional game for the movie AI, and should be more fun to play than I Love Bees.

So far avid ARGers have cracked much of the preliminary clues over at unfiction.com.

I'm in. Who else?

Our First 5/5 Geocache!!

GC3CC9 TUBE TORCHER

This was incredible. This redefined geocaching for me. The closest thing I've seen to Midnight Madness so far. I've got photos on my Flickr page here.

I've posted spoilers in the comments.

If you have any inclination of ever completing this incredible geocache in Asheville, North Carolina, do not read the spoilers or look at the photos. Just take my word for it and go.
